About me and my family
My name is Dave and I'm from Manteca, California. I graduated from Manteca High School in '89. At the age of 20 I served a two year mission in Raleigh North Carolina, for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Those two years were definitely an awesome experience. After my mission I attended Ricks Jr. College, which has been renamed to BYU Idaho from Sept. '93 to June '94, during which I met my wife Shawna. Shawna was born in San Diego, and is 1 of 9 kids. Her father was in the Navy so her family moved often. Her father retired to Wilmington, IL., where they have lived for over ten years. She graduated from Wilmington High School in '93. After the Semester we were then married in July of '94 in the LDS temple in Chicago. After which we decided to stay in Illinois and I attended Joliet Junior College, where I studied Computer Science. While going to school I worked at Harrah's Joliet Casino in their IT Dept. After 4 1/2 years at Harrah's I decided to broaden my skills in a telecommunications job which took me back to my wonderful home state of CA. I was hired by North Point Communications in Aug of '99 and worked there for just shy of two years. NorthPoint was bought out by AT&T on March 31st, of 2001, which unfortunately left me looking for work, as well as all of my colleagues. I then left my home state, came back to IL started working Full-time at Best Buy as a member of the Geek Squad. I completed my degree in May of '03 and now have my AAS in Computer Science with the Network Specialist option. I left Best Buy in Sept of '05 and started working @ a company called Freeman Decorating Company I was the site technician for the trade shows in Chicago. As for my family, it consists of myself, my wife, 3 daughters and 2 sons. Our kids names are named Hannah Dee (10 yrs.) and Hailey Christina (8 yrs.), and Jeremy David (6 yrs.), and Rebekah Lee(4 yr.). And our youngest boy Andrew Dawson is now 2. My Hobbies As far as hobbies go, I've been playing Disc Some of my favorite quotes
We are, what we repeatedly do.
